- LED strip

A good-looking RGB strip for Elgato and Stream Deck setups, but 2 m with no extension option is short for a large desk.

Light Strip Pro is Elgato's ambient strip for the back of a desk, a shelf or a monitor. Every LED can show its own color, so it plays gradients and moving scenes instead of one color at a time, and Elgato's app can generate scenes from a text prompt. It sticks with tesa adhesive that comes off cleanly and also has magnets for metal desks and frames.
The strip is 2 m long and can be cut between LEDs, but it cannot be extended and it does not work with the older Elgato Light Strip or its extensions. It connects over 2.4 or 5 GHz Wi-Fi and draws up to 30 W from its own power supply. Developers can script their own scenes in JavaScript.
Cheaper, better or just different: the products we would weigh against this one.
