Which chair adjustments matter most?
Seat height, seat depth, lumbar support and armrest height. Those four, set correctly, do most of the work.
Mesh or fabric?
Mesh stays cooler and supports evenly, which suits long sessions. Fabric is warmer and looks more like furniture, often with fewer adjustments.
How do I know a chair fits me?
With your back against the backrest, your feet should be flat and there should be a small gap behind your knees. If you have to perch on the front edge, the seat is too deep or too high.
