About the Focusrite Scarlett Solo 4th Gen
The Scarlett Solo is the classic first interface for one voice and one guitar. It has one XLR mic preamp with 48 V phantom power and 57 dB of gain, a Hi-Z instrument input, two balanced line outputs and a headphone output, in a red case powered by USB-C.
The fourth generation records at up to 24-bit/192 kHz, adds the Air modes that brighten a voice, and has loopback, so you can send computer audio into a stream or a call. Focusrite includes Ableton Live Lite, Cubase LE and Pro Tools Intro+. With a gain-hungry dynamic mic like the SM7B you may need an inline booster.
