About the Logitech G502 X PLUS

The G502 X PLUS keeps the famous G502 shape, with a molded thumb rest for right-handed palm grips, and packs 13 programmable controls: a removable and reversible DPI-shift button, a dual-mode scroll wheel that spins freely or clicks, and left and right wheel tilt. LIGHTFORCE hybrid switches pair optical actuation with a mechanical click feel.

The current version uses the HERO 44K sensor (100 to 44,000 DPI) over LIGHTSPEED wireless at 1,000 Hz. An 8-LED RGB strip dims while you move to save power. Logitech rates the battery at 37 hours with default lighting and 130 hours with lighting off, and the mouse works with the POWERPLAY charging pad. At 106 g it is heavy for fast shooters but stable for MMOs, MOBAs and macros.

Where it sits in real desks, and why it earned its place there.

Black streaming desk in front of acoustic foam panels, with two ASUS ProArt monitors, a Shure SM7B on a low-profile arm, an Elgato webcam on the right screen, a key light on a pole, a Stream Deck and an audio interface on the desk, studio headphones on a stand and an HP OMEN tower under the desk, lit cyan on the left and green on the right

Broadcast Booth

Why it is here

13 programmable controls hold game binds and the shortcuts that do not fit on the Stream Deck. At 106 g it is a palm-grip mouse for MMO, MOBA and variety streams more than for fast shooters.

RGB gaming battlestation in a dark room: a 49-inch curved Samsung Odyssey OLED monitor on a black desk, a black MSI tower with three glowing fans on the right, a row of colourful Nanoleaf hexagon panels on the wall, a Razer headset on an RGB stand, a Razer RGB keyboard and a Logitech mouse on a mat with lit edges, a black Secretlab gaming chair tucked under the desk and pink and blue light on the floor

Neon Overdrive

Why it is here

13 programmable controls and LIGHTSYNC RGB in a wireless palm-grip mouse, good for MMO and MOBA binds across a wide screen. It is the one non-Razer device, so its lighting is set in G HUB rather than Chroma.
