About the IKEA ÖVNING Multifunctional Ergonomic Footrest
ÖVNING is a foam block (38 x 32 x 18 cm) with a curved underside, so your feet can rock gently instead of staying still. IKEA designed it for children at a study desk, but it works just as well for adults whose feet do not rest flat on the floor once the chair is at desk height. Adults can also use it to support the lower back, knees or ankles, or to change position on the floor.
The polyester cover (at least 90% recycled) has an anti-slip surface, zips off and goes in the washing machine. It is light and easy to move, but the height is fixed at 18 cm and there is no tilt adjustment like on rigid office footrests.
