The Kraken V4 X is the RGB pick of our headset list. Razer Chroma lighting on the ear cups syncs with the rest of a Razer setup, and the retractable HyperClear cardioid mic slides back into the cup when you are not talking.
It connects over USB-C, with a USB-A adapter in the box, and uses Razer TriForce 40 mm drivers. At 310 g it is heavier than the BlackShark V2 X. The 7.1 surround is software based and needs Windows 11.
Where it sits in real desks, and why it earned its place there.
