Oakywood's Felt & Cork mat replaces the usual polyester felt with 100% merino wool felt, which feels warm and soft under the wrists, absorbs moisture and resists odors. A 0.8 mm natural cork layer underneath stops it from sliding, and the whole mat is only 3 mm thick, so it looks flat and clean on a wooden or white desk. The XL size, 100 x 40 cm, takes a full keyboard, a mouse and a pad or notebook side by side.
It is made in Oakywood's workshop in Poland and covered by a five-year warranty. Wool is a natural material, so the shade can vary slightly and Oakywood itself warns that light pilling may appear with daily use. The thin felt is pleasant for office work, but it is not as consistent for fast gaming as a dedicated cloth mat.

Big cloth mats for gaming, RGB mats with a lit edge, and felt or leather mats for a tidy work desk: the desk mats we would buy, with the size and surface of each.
