Materiel.net PC Gamer Blink vs LDLC PC11 ART

The two cheapest assembled gaming towers we found in France, both built and tested by the seller with a five-year warranty and both on a six-core Ryzen 5 5500 with 16 GB of DDR4 and a 1 TB SSD. The Blink costs a little less with an RTX 5050; the PC11 ART costs a little more with an RTX 5060. The question is whether that graphics card step is worth the difference.

Who should buy which

Pick the PC11 ART if you can stretch: the RTX 5060 is the faster card for recent games at 1080p, and it is the one we build our 1,500 gaming setup around. Pick the Blink if every euro counts, if you mostly play esports and lighter games where an RTX 5050 already runs fast, or if built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth matter to you (the PC11 ART uses a USB Wi-Fi key). Both come with a Windows 11 trial only, so add a licence to either budget, both use a 500 W power supply that limits big graphics card upgrades, and both sit on the AM4 platform, so the next big step will be a new PC.

Questions people ask

Is the RTX 5060 in the LDLC PC11 ART much faster than the Blink's RTX 5050?

It is the faster card for recent games at 1080p, and it gives more headroom for heavy titles. In esports and lighter games both towers already run at high frame rates, so the difference matters most if you play new releases.

Do the Materiel.net Blink and the LDLC PC11 ART include Windows?

No. Both ship with a Windows 11 trial, so a licence has to be bought on top. Materiel.net also sells the Blink with a licence included.

Which of the two is easier to upgrade later?

Neither by much. Both use a 500 W power supply that limits big graphics cards, and both sit on the AM4 platform, which will not take newer processors. Adding memory and storage is easy on both; a big graphics card also means a new power supply.
